There was a
backstreet.

On the main street, the big names had their names in lights. Around the corner was a little dog nobody thought to look for.

He wasn't
made for
the front row.

He had a bent ear, muddy paws, and a talent for arriving just after everyone else had left. He was small enough to disappear in a crowd.

But every night, he came back to the same corner. And every morning, he found another reason to try.

Instead of waiting for his name to appear in someone else's lights, he made a mark of his own. One bright paw print. Then another.
